LCSA is pleased to announce the following 10 organisations are the successful recipients of $5,000 in funding through the Developing Resilient Communities Project Small Grants:

  6. Kyogle Together
  7. WINS Community Centre
  8. Cowra Information & Neighbourhood Centre
  9. Jesmond Neighbourhood Centre
  10. Mullumbimby & District Neighbourhood Centre

A wide range of projects from around the state were chosen to help develop resources, communication strategies, resilience, training, support and services to help in the prevention, management and/or recovery of bushfires, floods, storms, drought, intergenerational trauma, domestic violence, COVID-19, isolation, loneliness, drug and alcohol issues, etc.

We look forward to seeing the positive outcomes from these funded projects over the next 12 months and will share the highlights from their impact in the community.

The Developing Resilient Communities Small Grants is one part of LCSA's Trauma-Informed Community Development Training Program (TICDTP), funded by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) through the Social Sector Transformation Fund (SSTF).
