Join us for an online discussion as representatives from the Department of Communities & Justice (DCJ) and Sugar Valley Neighbourhood Centre, will present and walk through examples of TEI Program Logic, Outcomes Matrix and resources for measuring outcomes for small organisations.

What you will learn

In this online discussion you will learn to:

• Complete a Program Logic template for a small organisation
• Develop short term measurable outcomes for your organisation
• Develop client surveys which are simple and can be entered into DEX easily
• Complete an Outcomes Matrix template
• Develop clear criteria for community score

This online discussion will provide practical help and enable you to fulfill your TEI Milestones by the end of June 2021.
