Chief Executive Officer, Youth Action
Kate is the CEO at Youth Action, the peak body representing young people and the services that support them in NSW.
Kate has over 30 years experience in the youth and community services sector, specialising in youth participation, child and human rights, youth development, and systemic advocacy in NGO, local and state government.
She has worked in a range of different direct service roles with young people throughout her career including case management, counselling, and program management and over the past decade has focused on working alongside young people to ensure their voices are embedded in organisational and government decision making.
